The case of the independent media and of the council of indigenous peoples of the biocolonialism

This article analyzes the ways in which the ownership-specific new media, particularly the Internet, can see new joints economic democracy. Of b Béri argues that the emerging practices of the memory through the new communication technologies illustrate a "change" in the modern era. This is seen especially in certain monopolies of knowledge and cultural expressions, if we accept that "modernity" is a center through which certain stories are selected and valued, and other types of stories to be positioned in the margin. This also occurs if we place the modernity in all of the processes of colonial and imperial led to the policy of emancipation, by any means necessary.
