Mariette Monpierre
Mariette Monpierre's director, and producer. She obtained her master's degree in media and languages at the Sorbonne University, and Smith College in Massachusetts. She lives in New York city. She began her career as a producer at BBDO NY, and then creates documentaries (Sweet Mickey for President) and movies (Rendez-vous).
Homeland (2005; 5’00). A girl of 10 years of caribbean origin pretends to be her home in Paris, France, in the years 70. This film is part of Paris la Métisse, a collection of films from 15 different stories.
